Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at Aspenwood. On one hand, the proximity to the slopes and the fabulous hot tubs really enhanced my stay. However, the condo was a bit outdated and lacked air conditioning, making for uncomfortable sleeping during warmer nights. The check-in process wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped either, which was disappointing.
The Aspenwood hotel has a great location right next to Snowmass upper village, and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff is helpful, especially in carrying bags. However, there are some downsides, including noise from the pool area late at night, lack of elevators requiring stair navigation, and an overall lack of cleanliness in some rooms. Overall, it has potential, but improvements are needed.
Aspenwood is a fantastic place to stay, especially for skiing enthusiasts. The hot tubs were a highlight, offering a relaxing experience after a long day on the slopes. Being just 150 steps from the slopes was incredibly convenient. However, the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from neighboring units, which might be an issue for some. Overall, I’d definitely return to this lovely resort.
My stay had its ups and downs. The location was decent, just a short walk from the mountain and nearby mall, which I appreciated. However, the room cleanliness was not up to par, and the staff's constant contact regarding my emotional support animal was quite uncomfortable. Overall, I would say it has potential, but there are significant areas for improvement.
I had a great stay at Aspenwood, which is conveniently located next to the upper village in Snowmass. The grounds are well-kept, and the staff was really helpful when we needed assistance with our bags. However, if you're staying in the summer, be prepared for noise from the pool area late at night, especially during events like the summer jazz festival. Also, the lack of elevators can be a hassle since you have to climb stairs if you're not on the ground floor.
